About Kevin...
Kevin Henshaw is originally from Sidney BC and used
to ride on Shawnigan Lake. Now
he lives in south Florida. He was initially sponsored
and worked at 360 Boardshop in Victoria. He started
taking his riding to the next level when he and his
buddies put together the OGC (Oyama Ghetto Children). He
usually rides with Jordie Stubbs (a Shawnigan local) who
is currently riding for Hyperlite and will be on the
Canadian Hyperlite tour.
Someone who went to school with Kevin described him
in the following way:
"Kevin was always a popular guy in school. He has
always been outgoing and was always surrounded by many
girls. In high school he was voted #3 on the top
skateboarders list for his grade. Although his school
marks weren't always the highest, Kevin is a wonderful
person who treats everyone with respect. He wasn't very
involved in extra curricular activities at school, but
outside is where he shined. When he is back home in our
little town, he makes sure to say hi to everyone!"

Congrats to Kevin for winning the Junior X title on
the Pro Wakeboard Tour. Good luck competing with the big
boys in 05!
June 14 2004 - Kev was recently at Lake Powell with
the Liquid Force team shooting the Relentless Video and
will then be on to Las Vegas to shoot more videos. Next
week he'll be in Sweden for a competition.

Kevin Henshaw Interview

The August 2003 issue of Wake Boarding Magazine features
a brief interview with BC native Kevin Henshaw. A taste
from Kevin "[Canadian girls] are a lot smarter than the
girls in the States, though. It's a lot harder to pick
up girls in Canada." & "I represent for Canada ... I
want to take this as far as I can. It's always been my
dream to turn pro."
